Photorealism...I think.

I've been noticing a number of realistic photos used as large pieces of artwork in homes.  Just not the typical photos you would see and think, 'this would be great 10x bigger and hanging in my kitchen.'  Many have a retro vibe and others are really very simple and ordinary.

P.P.S. Is this style of photography called photorealism?  I think it is, right?
