We're in the thick of the West coast Canadian winter...rain in the city, snow on the hills (making it a bit more bearable)....time to day dream.

Valentines Pink

Looking to nature for some pretty inspiration.  Notice how the wall colours all have a certain depth and richness?  Very key when choosing a paint colour.
(I probably should have saved some for another post but I just couldn't help myself, I had so much fun making these tonight!)

Colour Focus - Orange and Pink

Always go with nature when it comes to choosing a paint colour.

First, I'm looking at rusty oranges and pale pinks.

Here are some good examples of decor using this colour palette.

These days I've been drawn to blue and orange...mostly as accent colours in a room and in all colour variations. 

A rusty red orange and light blue is my favourite combination at the moment.
